Rigid and flat pack gift boxes
At Tiny Box Company we have both rigid and flat pack options available. Rigid boxes are strong and sturdy, providing great protection for your products inside, and they don’t fold or collapse. Types include:
- Lid and base box - a box with two separate pieces, quite simple a lid and a base!
- Shoulder box - a lid and base box with an additional inner tray, or 'shoulder'.
- Hinged box - a box where the lid and base are joined together on one hinged edge.
- Drawer box - another box with two separate pieces - a slip case that is open at one end, and an inner drawer.
- Matchbox - a drawer box where the slip case is open at both ends.
Flat pack boxes do however fold down for nice, easy storage - they’re a great solution if you need to order a large quantity but have limited space! They're available as a one-piece or two-piece (with a separate lid and base) - more types include:
- Magnetic box - a flat pack box with magnets embedded in the flap and main body, also known as a snap shut box.
- Pillow box - a curved box that reassembles a pillow and can open at both ends.
- Gable box - a lunchbox-style picnic box (think Happy Meal!) with a built-in handle at the top.

Foil printing is where foil is ‘stamped’ onto a box using heat and pressure, and is available with a gloss, metallic foil, satin, or matt finish.
Digital printing is where a digital-based image is applied using UV ink, and is ideal if you’re looking to print full colour logos, photos, and designs!

And check out our box filler options - these include natural straw raffia, sheets and shredded tissue paper, and kraft eco bubble wrap to keep your whole packaging solution sustainable.
You can also add foam inserts to your gift packaging to help keep the items inside protected, which are sold separately at Tiny Box Company. (Or many of our gift boxes come with a foam or card insert already included!)
