What is seed paper made from?
Our seeded paper is made from recycled paper and is 100% compostable. Each batch is filled with a selection of UK native wildflowers, perfect for any eco-conscious business or personal project. These seed paper products can be used to grow wildflowers that help support the population of bees.
How to plant seed paper:
There is a hack to planting our seed paper to create zero waste - follow these simple steps in order for your seed paper to germinate and produce wildflower blooms.
Step 1: Ready to plant any time of year. Soak our plantable paper in water and tear into little pieces ready for planting.
Step 2: Select your favourite plant pot and add a heap of compost (fill it 3/4 of the way), place your little pieces of seed paper amongst the compost, then lightly sprinkle more compost on top to fill your pot.
Step 3: Make sure to keep the soil and paper moist (but not so it's soaking wet) and keep in a warm place that gets lots of sunlight (we'd recommend a window sill!). Water your plant pot regularly.
Step 4: When your seeds have started to grow into flowers, place your pot outside or keep it on your sunny window sill.
These are suitable for gardens and window boxes only - please do not plant in the wild. (Why? Local ecosystems can be extremely fragile, so the addition of foreign organisms can have a profound and lasting effect.)

How to use our seed paper packaging
