We have a large range of postal boxes available in colours from kraft brown to black and white, including two-piece rigid boxes and one-piece corrugated cardboard flat packs. These come in sizes from small, medium, and large, with Royal Mail large letter boxes, book wrap mailers, and flower boxes available too.

Flat pack postal boxes

Our range includes both rigid two-piece mailing boxes and one-piece flat packs. Our flat pack boxes are made from corrugated cardboard and fold down, meaning they take up less space when stored than rigid boxes. They're still really easy to put together though, making them convenient in a high-volume packing environment.

What's corrugated cardboard? Quite simply, it's made up of three layers of board - two sheets covering the outside and one in the middle that has a rippled shape. This is what makes it so strong, which is why it's often used for mailing!

Corrugated cardboard generally has a higher micron value than standard cardboard - this essentially means it's thicker (a micron is a thousandth of a millimetre), so bear this in mind when choosing your mailing box!

Rigid mailing boxes

Our rigid boxes, which feature a separate lid and base, don’t fold down or collapse - in fact, they can double as gift boxes, perfect for sending out your jewellery pieces, cosmetics, or clothing accessories. (Just make sure to tape the sides before posting - find our packaging tape right here.) Find them in kraft brown, black, white, or pretty lilac.

Since they're pre-assembled and require no folding, rigid two-piece boxes save time during the packing process. This is convenient for smaller operations or if packing speed is a top priority.
